                        16th Advisory (29th March 2022)

                        In accordance with government updates on our Transition Phase to COVID-19 Resilience effected on 29 March 2022, SBC will observe the following measures with effect from 29 March 2022:

                        1. The number of employees allowed to enter the work premise will be controlled according to regulations. Members of the public will not be allowed to enter the premises.

                        2. The Library will be opened from 9am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Vaccinated visitors are allowed to sit in the library for study or research. Unvaccinated or non-fully vaccinated members are able to borrow and return books, but they will not be allowed to stay in the library for study.

                        3. The Business Office will be closed to on-site donations, gifts and payments. We encourage you to explore other means we provide to give/pay. Please click here.

                        4. The Haven resumes normal operation in keeping with Safe Management Measures.Please:
